A History Rooted by the Water
Our role is to understand what matters most to you and help you focus on the decisions that carry the greatest impact. Our goal is to simplify complexity and provide clear recommendations, giving you the space to decide with confidence. As licensed professionals, we are committed to acting in your best interests—there is no pressure here. Our clients choose to work with us, and we work every day to earn that trust.
Independence is not just how we operate; it is how we protect the integrity of our advice. We believe good guidance starts with listening, continues through education, and is strengthened by long-term relationships.
The water has always represented perspective, balance, and reflection—the same qualities that shape our approach to financial planning. Our connection to this location is intentional.
Being near the water creates a sense of calm and focus that encourages thoughtful conversation and educated decision-making. Along with our tailored financial advice, we strive to make our office and location somewhere clients feel welcomed and appreciated.
A Note from Mike Dieter
My connection to the water has been a constant throughout my life. From exploring streams as a child to kayaking the Conestoga River with my own kids, the water has always provided a sense of peace and adventure.
In 2019, while searching for a new office for Dieter Financial Services, the former Waterfront Restaurant came up for sale. It was a place my family knew well, and I realized a long-held vision could finally become a reality.
Moving here wasn't just about finding office space; it was about enhancing our client experience and culture. This transition sparked our name change to Waterfront Financial. It wasn't just a relocation—it was a metamorphosis.
